Mimi Moto - clean cookstove

Globally, 500 million households prepare their meals indoors, on open fires using wood or charcoal. This produces high levels of indoor air pollution, resulting in sickness, and ultimately causing over 4 million deaths each year.
To make clean cooking accessible to all, we co-founded Mimi Moto: a company dedicated to developing and distributing affordable cookstoves that burn cheap, locally produced biomass fuel in a way that is clean, efficient and safe. When using a Mimi Moto cookstove, the amount of smoke and other harmful emissions easily complies with the air quality guidelines stated by the WHO.
Currently, Mimi Moto is being distributed in over 25 countries.
